Plans have been lodged to build over 700 new homes near Worsley in Salford, Greater Manchester. Insider Media reports that the proposals by Peel L&P have been made after a consultation with stakeholders and local residents.
Plans have been submitted to build a 16-storey office and hotel building over Liverpool Street Station in central London. Construction Enquirer reports that the historic railway station would also be revamped, with an expansion of the existing concourse to more than twice its original size.

The Cheshire East town of Congleton is set for an extensive mixed-use development after the council granted planning permission. Insider Media reports that Clowes Developments purchased the former Viking Park site in 2021 and will now go ahead with the plans for a mixed commercial, residential and office development.
