Developers Artisan Real Estate have submitted proposals to redevelop an area near the Salts Mill World Heritage site in Bradford. Insider Media reports that an 11-acre site between the River Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, which is currently home to a disused office complex, is the subject of the planning proposal.
Developers Glenbrook have had plans approved for two residential developments in Leeds city centre. Insider Media reports that the Whitehall Riverside scheme will provide 500 new build-to-rent apartments across two blocks of 16 and 19 storeys each. They are part of a wider £280m redevelopment of the area next to the River Aire off Whitehall Road.
